G4’s hit show X-Play is premiering a brand new segment tonight -- dramatically titled Head to Head -- and the producers have generously asked me to be a part of it. Yay!
When I first heard the segment’s name, I immediately imagined I would be fighting some kind of dragon or chimera, armed with only an ice halberd and my limited knowledge of black magic. After asking if Firaga was allowed to be cast in the studio, the very patient producers informed me that the segment had nothing to do with me battling a mythical beast. Instead, I will be having a healthy, spirited debate with another member of the videogame industry about the future of the PlayStation 3. You’re a lucky bastard, chimera!
Check out all the verbal drama tonight at 8:00 p.m. EST on G4 (right after Attack of the Show). I am extra nervous, but I will do anything it takes to make Destructoid proud. Any last minute words of advice? Should I bring along a healing staff, just in case?
