What the hell is going on with this controller? The Turbo Fire Evo is a wireless controller is not your standard third-party offering. The big difference: you can't miss the screen popping right out of the center of the controller. It sort of looks like an updated Dreamcast VMU screen!
That screen is actually the Evo's Combat Command LCD display, and it lets you set up advanced features of the controller. For example, you can enter a menu to tweak the rapid fire rate, or set up custom combo moves. Button mapping looks really easy with an on-screen representation of the controller shown. You're able to tweak all of these settings and more during any game. That's way more useful than a VMU!
Codejunkies are accepting orders for this controller now. It's priced at $54.99.
