Id pay good money to see people dressed up as pac-man characters playing a serious dramatic role. Just for the lulz.
they better cast scarlett johannsen as cherries or i ain't goin. also, robert downy jr as pretzel would be epic.
This should so be a romantic comedy. Or a buddy cop film co-starring Chris Tucker. Or they could, you know, not base a movie on a game where a dot eats other dots.
The only way this would work and I would see it is if they do it like Speed Racer in live action cranked up to fucking 11. It would have to blow my mind with sensory overload and leave me in a super seizure coma frothing at the mouth with my eyes spinning back in to my skull. That's the only way I'd see it.
Maybe it'll just be a yellow dot eating other dates in a maze for two hours. No speaking, emotions or plot. Just ghosts appearing and chasing a lifeless yellow spehere.
I want to know where the hell you got the main image from. That looks amazing! I would pay someone to recreate that into a sculpture for my living room.

As far as PacMan being a movie... at least that will take some creative writing on Hollywoods part as there is no story or dialog to PacMan as far as I can remember. Am I wrong? Someone get Tim Burton to do it with clay. That would make this 100 times more interesting.

MechaMonkey wins the Internets! To make the movie good, it should not feature pac man as a belching, burping, washed-up ol' salty of a man. It needs to be sprinkled with freshness, but hold on any 'improvements' to the original game. I want this movie to not suck.. But, I predict this movie will be rated G and we all know how that turns out at the box office. u.u

If there was possibly a better time to drop acid than just before walking into a screening of the Pac-Man movie, I have yet to hear it.

A dude wandering a maze and eating everything he finds while being chased by ghosts? This thing is either going to be very far removed from what Pac Man actually is or it's going to be a giant trainwreck. Either way it's more than likely going to be horribly bad...
I really don't understand how a Pac-Man movie would work, but I certainly am not comfortable with the Castlevania name being tossed around like that. Hopefully, it is in capable hands...
