I hear some people who play World of Warcraft still have social lives and care about things other than epic raids, and this does my heart good, as I worry that gamers are falling into that pit that Chinese MMO fans are rapidly being sucked down. I like MMOs, but I don't want to die for them!
Regardless of what category your WoW habit falls into, you'll be pleased to know that Vivendi has confirmed the Wrath of the Lich King expansion for this year. Blizzard is remaining tight-lipped, so I'm not sure you should don your epic armor just yet, but it looks positive so far. Also, its been suggested that polar bears will be added as mounts, although there's no confirmation on that either. That almost makes me want to play the game just to get one ... I freaking love polar bears.

And why cant we ride penguins... would be so much better. Well, not for the cows but hey ho.
Polar bear mounts would be awesome, but like all awesome things, won't be available to me because I can't put in the amount of time needed to raid/do arena-PVP for good stuff. I liked the idea of professions, because you can slooooowly grind them up on your own (I think it's fun?), but of course they don't really get you good stuff anymore. As long as they keep raising the level cap I can sneak into old content, though, which is kinda nice.
