Team 17's classic series of turn-based games featuring heavily armed annelids, Worms, is taking a sharp slice into new territory with the announcement of Worms Crazy Golf. Coming later this year to PlayStation 3, PC (via Steam) and iOS devices, the worms will take the battlefield to the links, bringing many of their signature weapons and power-ups with them.
The game will feature three full courses of eighteen holes, featuring puzzle elements and the charm you've come to expect from the franchise. I'm a big fan of Worms, though the last few releases haven't really brought anything all that new to the table. This is definitely something new.

I have a PS3 as well so it won't stop me from checking out the game but the 360 is my primary platform so I would've preferred to see it released for that.
I'll probably be picking it up for iOS though since it seems like that might be the demographic they are designing the game for. Plus, it seems like it would be a good game to kill a few minutes on the ride to work.
