In news that's perfect for such a slow pre-holiday day, more hilarious things have happened on Craigslist! This time, a frustrated woman is selling her Modern Warfare 3-obsessed husband on Craigslist. If you promise to take care of him, you could even score a freebie!
"I am selling my 22 year old husband," writes the wife. "He enjoys eating and playing video games all day. Easy to maintain, just feed and water every 3-5 hours. You must have Internet and space for gaming. Got tired of waiting so free to good home. If acceptable replacement is offered will trade."
The ad has been traced back to 21-year-old Alyse Baddley, who had previously joked to her mother that she'd sell the man on Craigslist if he didn't stop playing Call of Duty. The product for sale, Kyle Baddley, was recently discharged from the military after suffering a back injury in Afghanistan. Although Alyse wasn't being too serious, some readers took it to heart and even offered marital counseling for the pair.
Kyle kind of looks like that guy who plays the non-derpy one in those Twilight films. Alyse could make a fortune off that one feature alone.

Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!

... yes, of course it's sarcasm; intended to mock her craigslist ad. I thought it was obvious.
Marital counseling isn't what he needs imo.
Are you mailing refrigerators to India, China, and Russia?
Its great they can laugh about it, and like HEL105 said, she has a sense of humor, but seriously, you don't want people -specially creepy people- thinking your troubled then DON'T DO THIS SHIT ON CRAIGSLIST!
@llort het
Gold farming can help pay the bills if you don't get caught and banned. I don't think you get those kind of positive results from farming up prestige. lol.
Learn something new every day.
I've also found a way to end world hunger. Cannibalism.
....MW3 is pretty fun though.
I've found an alternative to fossil fuels. Begins "B" and ends in "Urn them alive".
If you're being sarcastic, great
If you're not... then, well, you're messed up. While we play games all day, soldiers give their goddamn lives for us. The ones that are lucky enough to return already risked their lives. I say that they don't owe us anything. Shame on you.
Apparently most of Destructoid is made up of men who can't read women. She wanted to call him out on his addiction but didn't want to be seen as a nag. He got the hint fortunately.
It might've helped if they played together, but it's understandable that some guys just want to hang w/ the bros (on MW3). I kinda feel for the wife if she had to resort to a public joke.
..Oh...She lives in Utah...$%^& it.
There's a non-derpy one in Twilight?
"Apparently most of Destructoid is made up of men who can't read women."
Most of the planet is made up of men who can't read women.
And vice versa.
