I would lie if I said no. That would feel more awkward, but that's probably just my male instincts popping up, which tell me to protect little girls.
But from a legal standpoint: As long as she does everything voluntarily the legal system shouldn't have any hand in this. The guy definately shouldn't get 10 years in jail for a completely voluntary relationship. Hell 10 years is more than what a proper rapist gets here in Germany. You always have to keep in mind that being sentenced to life in Germany means 20 years in prison. (Why they proceed to call it a life sentence then is beyond me)

Laws are laws and possessing porn of someone under-age is a crime, youd have to be a dumbfuck not to clue in that a video of a 16 year old doing that kinda thing is illegal.
And thats the point, regardless of moral right and wrong it WAS illegal.
Personally though, law aside, if it was my son that did that Id be "Right on kiddo!" and probably still take his Xbox away. Sex is one thing, its the influence and age difference that bother me. I would, probably, try to find out who her husband is and let him know hes married to a slut pedophile.
But if it was some 30+ year old guy doing that to my 16 year old daughter? Id flip out and cut his fucking balls off. Id do what ever I could to make his life a living hell. Overreaction? Sure if you say so, but thats what I would do so I can understand that boys parents and why that woman gets 10 years.

What the hell? Don't you think this is a bit much? At age 16, the boy probably just wanted to see some ta-tas. I mean, come on. No ones was drugged, raped or beaten? There was no rope or duck-tape involved? So really what's the problem? She's older then him and it was over Xbox -- YES, it was stupid. No question, but people do stupid sh*t all the time. We can't blame and convict people for being stupid. More than half the population of the planet would be in jail.
