The latest Wolfenstein is hitting stores next week and we have been sent a positively gripping trailer for it. My knuckles are whiter than stock broker's nostril hairs after a three-day weekend. Nazis and giant bugs and all sorts of intensity run through it.
Honestly, I think I'm actually going to pick this up provided that review scores wind up being decent. It's the most interesting Wolfenstein game I've seen since Wolfenstein 3D and it'll be nice to have a new game during this slower period of the year to tide me over until the fall.
Hit the jump to see the trailer. Anybody else thinking that they'll pick this one up?

Meet the rest of the team
I'm going to pick it up 10 million times.
I think of it as an investment. I spend the 600 Million now and get reinbursed when that dude pays for all my copies because Wolfenstein beats Madden 10.
Then I go an sell them all to you guys for 10 bucks.
I've finally realised the good part of these slow times -- picking up games I've missed for cheap. Just got Half-Life ep. 1 and 2 for £5, and found Final Fantasy XIII new in Tesco yesterday for £3. Yay.
I actually picked it up yesterday. Surprisingly, the store I got it from wasn't the only one breaking the street date, as around 100 people on average have been playing online since I've been playing. Single player is pretty good, with normal difficulty being kind of easy. Multiplayer (when teams are even) is a blast with some weapon progression via money earned for every bullet landed. Lack of modes is the only thing holding it back, but definately worth the purchase.
I've played through about a third of the game. Pretty fun. Shooting floating Nazi's is awesome and the gun that makes people melt is fantastic. I'd give the graphics a B+.

Cliche Action Hero? Yes,
$100 Batarang Collectors Edition? Nope.
Looks like I will have to pass on this.
