Wizardry Online now available in North America and Europe
Sony Online Entertainment's latest massively multiplayer online title Wizardry Online, a rebirth of the classic fantasy franchise, is now available on PC in North America and Europe. Developed by Gamepot, this free-to-play, party-based MMO offers players a whole new world of Wizardry, though one that still stays true to the franchise's formula -- that means intense difficulty coupled with permadeath. Wizardry Online features trap-filled dungeons, skill customization, bounty hunting of other players and a variety of races. It also has a "Lost System," where players will need to donate to revive themselves. A "poor donation" is said to run the risk of failure, and two failures will cause their character to "vanish," or become "'Lost' and unplayable forever." However, your accrued experience will be noted on your account which will help make for "an easier start" for your next character. If all this sounds enticing, check out Wizardry Online at its official website. Did you know? You can now get daily or weekly email notifications when humans reply to your comments.
