They heard the fanboy cries. They witnessed the crashing horror. And now, Nintendo has come to the aid of many a Wiitard. Behold, a new Wii strap, built to withstand even the most adept Wii tugger (too ... many ... puns ... must ... stop). So, fear not Wiitards, Nintendo has brought around the short bus and is ready to take you on a magical ride.

Classy. No longer will my friend's Wii pose threat to the new 61" tv. Success.

Oh Shikoku my friend, so much intensity......

Obviously the retards you mention CAN do simple things. We know they can make youtube videos!

Interesting they just happened to be filming themselves as they broke the strap, almost as if they knew it would break. How's that work?

Common sense (holding on to the controller) and the ability to click a link on YouTube that says "Upload Videos" aren't necessarily two related skill traits.

If this doesn't work, I'm linking a metal chain from the wiimote to the strap..that should hold pretty good.

Will Nintendo also be releasing a self-heimliching attachment for gamers who accidentally swallow their consoles?
