Despite what you may believe, Nintendo seems that they too can suffer from some console launch glitches. While some people may have had a rough time updating their console as far as the time it takes (or even at all), others are experiencing honest-to-goodness errors. Such is the pain of this consumer:
Well it’s done! I haven’t even had the thing 24 hours…played some Wii Sports and some Twilight Princess and then when I got home tried to connect to WiiConnect24…got connected once and then was prompted to update my console…which bumped me up to this version which then resulted in the system being updated to 2.0. Now whenever I go to connect to WiiConnect24 it tries to test the network eventually resulting in this message… “Error Code: 110213 There is a problem with the WiiConnect24 service. Please try again later.”
Way to be cryptic Nintendo! So I look it up at the online code lookup (which only works in IE, but thats another issue altogether!)
I get this solution…
Connnect 24 Errors 110210, 110211, 110212, 110213 Wii Connect 24 Errors If you are receiving the following error message: ” There is a problem with the Wii Connect 24 service. Please try again later ” …we ask that you call as at (800) 255-3700
so I call them up and I speak to Michael or Dan(Can’t remember at this point) and after reading the message to him he says I have a hardware error and will have to be sent a new console…so I’m done with my Wii for a couple days as I can’t transfer the saves from Zelda anymore…the new Wii is on the way but will take 3-4 business days…
Poor little guy. Anyone else having crippling Wii issues?

Thanks for the update Rob
he specific number code that it puts out means that the unit needs to be replaced, as told to me by the Nintendo rep. Her exact words were,"A code in that range means the unit needs to be exchanged." I know I spent alot of time trying to figure a way around it, but oh well.
