Fire up the Internet petition machine, folks. While Capcom's Bionic Commando will be making the familiar rounds on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC, there's currently no plans for the game coming to the Wii.
If you're one of the many that think the game's grappling and swinging mechanics would lend itself quite nicely to Nintendo's console, there's still hope. Speaking with VideoGamer.com, Capcom's Ben Judd gets inspirational, and says that anything is possible ... if you want it bad enough.
"It will largely depend on what the fans want for the future of Bionic Commando," he told VideoGamer.com, "If the interest is there, of course we want as many people as possible to appreciate this great franchise."
Begging and groveling might work. I also hear Judd likes dark chocolates, tulips, and candlelight dinners.

otherwise...meh.
Bionic Commando has to be a side scroller or else it WILL BE FUCKING FAIL
ffs, the game industry is starting to ape Hollywood - all we need now is River Raid 2008 or something...
Or I could just go play the original Bionic Commando now. Both are good ideas!

HOW ABOUT A NEW IDEA YOU LAZY FUCKS??
What's with the hot-dog arms, dreadlocks and overly butch, muscle bound guy? I mean if you've got a freaking bionic arm I wouldn't bother working out, I like the idea of a weedy guy with a bio-mechanical appendage as an unlikely hero.
Thanks but no thanks Capcom.
LOCALISE GYAKUTEN SAIBAN 4 FASTER DAMMIT!

That is why HL2 is amazing.
enough said.
Minigame collections and Nintendo's own core franchises, this is just business for Capcom, they're not gonna put a game that might not sell on Nintendo's waggle machine of joy.
That said, the game looks like ass anyway, I am so sick of grim gritty futures with an even grittier hero. Come up with something new assholes.
Do we really want a shitty watered down Wii port? No.
Mario =/= Bionic Commando.
Mario was a Nintendo produced franchise made for a NIntendo produced platform, and thus Nintendo had far more control and interest in designing the game and was willing to put a lot of work into making it great. Third-party developers making Wii games as an afterthought tend not to put so much effort into then, and as a consequence, those games have an annoying tendency of turning out awful.
