Gentlemen, I think this is the advance we've been looking for.
The initials of this game are PMS, if you remove the S and change the other letters you get GN, Gabe Newell. I heard he paid Namco to make this game so he could hide a secret codified message in the credits about Half-Life 3.
Tennis is probably the most logical answer I will keep my fingers crossed along with Tristrix for the Rampage version. Super Smash Bros. is also not a bad idea.
I was thinking a mixture of Prototype and Katamari Damacy where Pacman escapes the maze and starts eating EVERYTHING... but then I saw lewness comment and yeah it's probably a tennis game because I remember Namco releasing a tennis game starring tons of their characters before.

i figured pac-man got sick of pills and switched to alcohol. and this would be a game where you drunkenly run around mazes trying to bang sue while slamming drinks.
