What's this? Ukelele Hero?

Look at this cute little guitar - isn't it darling? No? This mini peripheral (or full-sized, if you're a midget or toddler) is a new, upcoming product called the XFPS Mini Guitar.

This Team Xtender product is half the size of standard game guitars, and is supposed to be easy to tote and use. What's really cool is that it is made of actual wood for the ultimate in realism and 'authenticity', although it's small size seems to defeat all of that effort - nevermind the glowing lights. What sucks is that it requires a product from the same company called the XFPS 360 to use it with the Xbox 360,although it works out-of-the-box with the PlayStation 2.

It would be hard for this thing to stand up to the upcoming gorgeous Fender Strat (from Rock Star) in looks and realism, but if you're looking for something small and portable, this might work for you. You just won't look that cool, that's all.

The XFPS-360 is an abysmal piece of shit. I bought one the day they started shipping and it is simply not worth anywhere near their inflated asking price. It doesn't work with advanced function mice like Logitechs game line. You have to use a basic 2 button/wheel mouse that doesn't use any proprietary software. Even then its no guarantee of working. Sometimes the 360 will just stop recognizing it for no apparent reason. Just about every vendor who had signed up to carry it dropped it from their line due to it's pissed off customers.

None of that was stated by these thieves and when I requested a refund they simply ignored my repeated emails. Whatever new product they're hawking i would stay far far away.

Nah, I'd still hit Madonna. She still has a little of the hotness left, somewhere in there. I might still hit this ukelele too, for a little Tiny Tim action.

Wow, why doesn't a third party peripheral designer make a wireless guitar for the 360?
