Hate to ruin the fun but as a AFOL I could tell you about a LEGO game months before an announment as every game is based on a toyline made by TLG. TLG are never going to make James Bond or Horror Film toys so don't expect it. The most likely one is LOTR as there is a new film coming up, AFOLs have wanted it for years and the most conclusive evidence is that no new 'Medievel' has been revealed or even rumored.
I would like to see LEGO team up with either Marvel or DC (most likely DC since they did LEGO Batman) but give us more heroes to choose from.
Lego RPG! In which you adventure through different areas with Lego themes: City, Kingdoms, Atlantis, Space Police, Ninjago, etc.

They need to make a new Bionicle game where you can play as every Bionicle hero ever. That would be awesome.
LEGO Lord of the Rings coinciding with the movie release of the Hobbit is a sure-fire bet, I would bet my life on it. And it will be, AMAZING.
I'd also love to see LEGO James Bond, never thought of that one before! Don't know how they would do all the movies since aren't there like over twenty...? But the Bond girls would be great partner characters, the bad guys would be hilarious, and the gadgets and cars would make for a lot of fun as well.
I also wouldn't mind seeing LEGO Futurama or LEGO Simpsons, LEGO Chronicles of Narnia, LEGO Spider-Man, LEGO X-Men, LEGO Disney (collection of recent classics, Lion King, Little Mermaid, Mulan, Aladdin, etc.), LEGO Austin Powers, LEGO Firefly, etc.

Yes. It should already be better than the AvP films, and a sequel can be made based on the original Alien/s and Predator films.
Also, YES to Lego Robocop, Lego Terminator and Lego Akira. The latter can be based on the awesome series of graphic novels, rather than simply the film.

favorite of the lego series was batman, so i'd like them to make a lego batman 2.
second choice would be a new star wars but focus on the bad guys - lego stars wars 4 "the dark side"
