I don't know what Red Faction Battlegrounds is, but it is a thing. THQ registered a website domain for this name on August 10th. The name makes me think of a light version of a franchise game, but don't take that to heart. It could be some full-blown console experience with lights and laser beams and whatnot. Maybe source superannuation is onto something. They say that the title sounds like a portable thing meant to be played in short bursts. Hey, it kinda does. Or maybe that's just the power of suggestion. I know, it's a Kinect game! ... [groans] Keep in mind that THQ is doing this Syfy movie called Origins too.
