What game are these sushi USB sticks for? photo

A few days ago, I received a package that contained USB sticks shaped like sushi. Yeah, that's them up there. But why?

The sticks came as a promotion for the upcoming SouthPeak title, Sushi Go Round, which hits Nintendo DS and Wii in March. Part of what SouthPeak calls the "eat 'em up" genre (clever!), Sushi Go Round has you in charge of your own sushi restaurant with a series of mini-games that has you keeping your customers happy as you prepare sushi for them. If you play the game using the DSi, you can even use the camera to take pictures of anything (your cat, your foot, a sushi USB stick) to make it one of your restaurants patrons.

Hit the jump for trailers for both versions of Sushi Go Round

As a side note to people who like these games, Fast Food Panic just came out for the DS (and Wii, soon), and it's pretty decent. Also, Diner Dash 5 is coming soon.

Something tells me it's either a good idea badly executed, or it could be a very good game, even if sales don't go too well...

And I think it will be the former, sadly.

Pokemon Stadium, anyone? Remember the minigames? Sushi-Go-Round was the one where all of the Lickitungs were fighting over high-scoring sushi.
