Lots to talk about for this weekend, so let's get into it. Good Old Games has its usual weekend sale on and it's for 50% off all Cyan titles, so if you're wanting to return to the lands created by the Miller Brothers, Myst and its sequel Riven along with three other games all cost $2.99 until Monday morning.
It's a busy weekend on Steam; Jordan's already let us know that co-op shooter Payday: The Heist is reduced by 50% to $9.99 and if you want to try before you buy, the game is free to play this weekend. Also reduced are Saints Row 2 and Saints Row: The Third, both by 50%. If you were interested in playing Vampire: The Masquerade after reading Josh's modding article, then that title is reduced by 75% in today's daily deal.
Also of note is that the Steam app is now available for free for all iOS and Android users. There's something of a milestone too for long-time community blogger Gemsi (Simon Julian) who posted the 4th anniversary UK Releases and Bargains post. Keeping a series like that going for such a long time is an achievement. Go over and fap his cblog hard -- I command you!

I don't know what it is about Square Enix games, but they always feel like they cost too damn much. This is especially true of the handheld titles -- I refused to pick up Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy for $39.99, waiting instead...more
