Weekend PC deals: Interplay, Dishonored, Scribblenauts

Plenty to keep you inside whilst spring still fails to arrive. For me, anyway.

I always wonder about what title to start these posts with, but this week there's no doubt Dishonored is my pick of the weekend deals. Arkane's stealth-action game was one of my favorites from last year and it's half price on Steam this weekend. Also on Steam, but coming from a completely different angle, is Farming Simulator 2013 which is also reduced to half price.

That being said, I could have easily lead in with GOG.com's promotion on Interplay classics, including the likes of the original Fallout games, Descent, MDK, and Freespace. There's some truly great games there to buy for between $2.99 and $4.99. Amazon.com's deal of the week is Scribblnauts Unlimited for just $8.99 -- that's 70% off its regular price.

GamersGate has the old-school RPG franchise Avernum reduced in price by 75%. GreenManGaming has reductions on a variety of racing games such as Dirt 3 and F1 2012 as well as a Nordic Games promo that includes Gothic 3 and A Vampire Tale. As always, if you find a good PC download deal this weekend, drop it in the comments, it's always appreciated.
