The GameBoys is the work of our good friend, Geoff Mendicino. Episode 6 features Rocco from Mega64 who reviews DVD-Rs, Geoff becoming Solid Snake, a tribute to Andrew Rosenblum who apparently died, griefing in Ghost Recon, and a review of Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
Weekend Destructainment is oddly overloaded with musical remixes this week. After the jump, the Destructainment gets started with the Super Mario Bros. Underground theme remix. Then check out Halo 3 on the PS3. Next, a Penthouse Pet plays some Guitar Hero. Followed by Dr. Ivo Robotnik getting on TV.
Then watch as a guy checks out Zelda's and Peach's panties in Brawl. Next, it's the Cheetahmen and "Smooth Criminal". 1,000 Nukes go off in Crysis after that. Then it's Balrog, the rapper, singing a song for Chun-Li.
Super Mario Bros. Underground theme remix. Spotted on GoNintendo.
Holy shit! Someone got Halo 3 on the PS3! Spottd on JDUB X's C-Blog.
A Penthouse Pet plays Guitar Hero. Not as exciting as I was hoping it would be. Spotted on parrothead's C-Blog.
Hamza Aziz, Destructoid's Community Director, has been here since day one. He was born when a tiger coughed up a hairball into a pool of ooze. He was one of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles before budget cuts. Hamza works as a previews editor and manages a team in San Francisco. To date he has given away tens of thousands of dollars in prizes to readers. What a dick. Actually, Hamza is as kind as he is hairy.

Meet the rest of the team
The Gameboys video was okay, the best part being the Asian dude in the slacks and the prick with the braces.
And like Sadistic said before, the Crysis Vid is pretty awesome. I was wow'd by the one barrel, but the 1000 had a "OMG, THE GAME MUST NOT EXIST ANYMORE" Explosion
So all it takes is a nerdy asian kid in suspenders to make those kids shit up whereas angry preppies cant do anything but just sit around and make hollow threats of violence.
Video 1: Unfortunately, I liked absolutely nothing about the Gameboys video. Just not my thing. It was long though, so I guess a lot of work went into it. There's that I suppose.
Video 2: I would have preferred if the actual theme they were using had been more prevalent in the mix. And they only used the first half of the main phrase of the Underworld Theme. The second half would have fit in perfectly, given the techno treatment.
Video 3: I don't believe it. Nobody could have gotten Halo 3 on the PS3. It's unpossible.
Video 4: Needs less clothing.
Video 5: There's the fun I've been looking for in my Destructainment. I was hoping this video would make the cut.
Video 6: The Cooch of Light + The Princess Is a Cockteasing Bitch
MAN THIS SHIT IS WHACK! I MEAN THIS JEFF HOMO (HE SPELL HIS NAME WRONG, WTF?) THIS MAKES ME SICK, AND WHILE I'M FLYING IN MY JETS MAKING SIX FIGURES AND BEAT WOMEN WITH MY HUGE 12 INCH DICK...I START FILMING THE MONTOR. ALL THAT ASIDE...GAMEBOYS IS GOOD SHIT GUYS, I MEAN IF YOU DISAGREE THEN YOU OBVIOUSLY NEVER TOOK A DEBATE CLASS AND YOU HAVE NO REALM OF PROPER ARGUING ABILITY TO COUNTER MY WELL THOUGHT OUT CRITIQUES ON GAMEBOYS. THIS IS THE BEST THING TO COME TO THIS GOD-AWFUL WEBSITE AND ANYONE NOT LIKE IT i SODOMIZE THEM IN THE BUTT WITH MY CROWBAR. PEACE BITCHES.
That is the most bizarre upskirt footage I've ever seen. I was really more interested in watching how many times the guy would pause to wipe the jizz of his leg or screen or Wiimote.
You know P2 had to just be freaking out. If my buddies even pause a good game to look at something absolutely hilarious I'll fucking eat a controller.
The Gameboys video was okay. They have potential, but Rocco stole the show. His segment was just as funny as Mega64 at the top of their game.
Also, I saw the Brawl video on Kotaku. It's almost cute, how much effort the player went to to catch a glimpse of Peach's panties. I hope Chad was watching. (Also, tights for Zelda? Interesting.)
Even though this might be falling on deaf ears, I'll attempt to explain the video. :(
Basically, The GameBoys are a parody of how dumb some things are in the gaming community and industry. The DDR skit made fun of tourneyfags taking tournaments too seriously. The Solid Snake skit made fun of the awful imitations of video games into real life that seem to get instantly popular. The Super Smash Bros Brawl skit made fun of the socially-inept AVGN knock-offs, etc. etc.
But yeah, thanks for watching through the entire thing. We appreciate the time.
Except the gameboys. Trolling around a high-school asking a bunch of people who probably hate you if they're excited about your little webshow isn't funny. It's sad.
@Geoff
PROTIP: Don't explain your jokes. It weakens them.
Also, you should do more stuff around the high school. There's something amusing about pretentious, emo, and pissed off teenagers. Much potential, there.
@Sharpless: Hey thanks mister professional comedian because it totally wasn't a lost cause already.
@MechaMonkey: I understand entirely, we're about dry, bizarre video game humor. We aren't exactly hitting a very big audience here. Thanks once again though. :)
Honestly, I thought the gameboys video was terrible, aside from it looking incredibly amateurish (I know, you guys are high school kids but can't you guys even make a microphone work in left AND right channels?) Also, i found the humor itn it to be incredibly stupid and sophomoric. I'm sure I would have found this hilarious about 5 years ago when I was in 8th grade, but now that I'm older, I find this to be really dumb. not trying to troll/flame you guys, jut saying what I thought of it
@Geoff
Um, I wasn't being hostile. Seriously, don't worry about explaining the jokes, and do more skits around the high school. I enjoyed the high school stuff.
Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!

Here's a hint. Truly funny comedians work a lot better when they tell everyone they're not funny.
And the Gameboys were just intolerable.
This feels just like Christmas!
Crysis 1k Nukes was fantastic, nothing like a shit ton of explosions to brighten your day, especially after the radioactive fallout.

Video 7: Cat People Run. Run like the wind.
Video 8: His computer didn't like that at all, did it? Pretty awesome.
Video 9: Takes the crown for this week. Thoroughly lulz-worthy.
Your my hero! hmm now only if you weren't younger than me.
You know P2 had to just be freaking out. If my buddies even pause a good game to look at something absolutely hilarious I'll fucking eat a controller.

And I never get tired of these rad Crysis videos.

It's just not my sort of comedy. I do respect and appreciate the work you guys put into making them though. Keep it up.

Except for the Ghost Recon griefing which was funny.

The rest wasn´t entertaining.
