[Weekend Destructainment is a collection of funny videos brought together from all across the Internet to bring you entertainment on these slow and boring weekends.]

Music covers, viral ads, Mega64 and more await you in this edition of Weekend Destructainment today. After the break, check out Dtoider P4KO's guitar cover of the Street Fighter II opening theme. Then see the truth about Wii Fit. Next it's the Soul Blade intro just because. Next up, it's a possible viral ad for Guitar Hero 5. Random Robot Intermission follows with the trailer for Kung Fu Robot.

Next up, it's a mash up of Lady Gaga's "Just Dance" with the theme from Dr. Wily Machine in Mega Man 9. Then it's an old school clip from the 1980 VideoGame Invitational show. Next up is a really weird Japanese ad for the DS. Followed by a video showing naked women slipping on banana peels in Colors. The Destructainment ends with Mega64 taking over Comic-Con and having a dance off.

P4KO's awesome cover of the Street Fighter II opening theme.

Wii Fit is not a videogame! Amen, benmakesmovies.

The Soul Blade intro. Why not? Spotted on SuitcoatAvenger's C Blog.

This may or may not be a viral ad for Guitar Hero 5, which rips off this music video. It also pissed off Bill O'Reilly.

Random Robot Intermission: Kung Fu Robot. Spotted on FilmDrunk.

Lady Gaga's "Just Dance" mashed up with Mega Man 9's Dr. Wily Machine. Spotted on Capcom-Unity.

The VideoGame Invitational from 1980. Why aren't there game shows like this today? Spotted on BoingBoing.

Japanese ad for some DS game. Oh, Japan. Spotted on KillScreenPoetry -- Thanks, Nick!

OLD, but awesome: Naked ladies slipping on banana peels in the DS homebrew app called Colors. NSFW!

Mega64: Comic-Con is best when no one else is around.

Mega64 are also good dancers.

So...I missed a fat guy with a giant Rob Pattinson picture hanging from his forehead dancing to slightly-questionable techno? DAMMIT I NEED TO GO TO COMIC-CON.

Ahhh, the Soul Blade intro! Back when fighting games actually made an effort with their intro video. Better than anything the Soul Calibur sequels ever achieved!

1) Bill O'Reilly needs to get a life, you can tell by there confidence they had a boob tube and thong on before having to even analyse wether or not the black boxes where covering any straps. Point being, They are NOT naked at all you silly crinkly old man. Over sensationalism yet again and falling straight in to the advertisers hands.

2) Can Destructoid please stop posting video links that are not available outside of the USA please, it's just fucking annoying!

What doesn't Bill O'Reilly hate? Other than people who don't disagree with his opinion, I have no clue.

The Mega64 bunch are still weird, but I just can't get enough of the group.

That Mega64 video was great, then at the ending everything turns dark instantly. Oh and the Soul Blade intro was awesome back then, I still have it ripped and added to my playlist years ago.

Jesus, I've always loved that Street Fighter 2 opening song. It always bummed to that it was so short and un-loopable. This version is truly awesome and as pumping as it used to be in the arcades back in the day. It actually made me remeber that staff credits song back in the CPS1. That one is sheer upbeat brilliance. It raised your weary arm, said you rocked as you walked away towards the horizon and then punched you in the guts and demanded that you popped another quarter in and went back to the fighting. How do I love this franchise...

Haha Soul Blade's intro music is so corny, I love it. And Mega64 is awesome. I wish I could meet those guys.

"That's Incredible" wasn't a game show. It was an infotainment show that went around the country and the world that showed ordinary people doing weird and "incredible" things and also had lots of weird facts and stories. It was sort of a variant of "Ripley's Believe It Or Not".

Jeez, you kids really need to get the f*ck off my lawn.

I would like to see mega64 to do: "STOP!... HAMMERTIME!" w/ that Twi-whatever mask and maybe the Ghostbusters Theme.
