Oh man, I actually remember seeing that Conker's Bad Fur Day commercial on TV! I was probably about 14 or so at the time, and I had no idea what the ad was for until, of course, the gameplay showed up late in the commercial -- but I just knew I liked it lol.
Thank you Hamza CTZ Aziz. The show is called "Les Guignols de l'info", it's just plain creepy dolls trying to make fun of american culture. There is Sylvester Stallone as a puppet. It's a french satire puppet show
It makes me happy to know there are people in the world who take WoW WAY too seriously. Kinda like an evolutionary safety net, that no matter what I do or how I waste my life, I can't do worse than WoW players and "pro" gamers.

"Wii: Before Purchase; what it would be like if you hadn't bought your Wii!"
(It's not that expensive, in my opinion)
They show the people going out to eat because they can afford it, as well as clothes shopping. And at the end, the lights go out and the announcer implies that they couldn't pay their electricity bills.
I guess I'm a little late on this, but maybe now you guys will be a little less confused.
