Here's the season finale for The Legend of Neil. After having sex with a fairy, dealing with a tourettes Old Man, fighting off skeletons, and all sorts of other creatures, it's come down to Neil fighting the first boss. It looks like the boss could win the fight, but soon Neil and the boss spill their hearts to each other.

Thanks to Jim Sterling for taking care of Weekend Destructainment last week. After the break, watch as two parrots play End War. Then check out LEGO Guitar Hero. Next up, an old ad for Yoshi's Island for the GBA. Then it's a promo tape for Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.

Next up, Felicia Day sings "Still Alive" at PAX. Then it's a Daikatana preview from 1999. Followed by Random Robot Intermission and robot sex. The Destructainment ends with an interview with a Combine soldier from Half-Life 2

Even parrots can play End War! Via Gamextract, Thanks Amir!

LEGO Guitar Hero. Probably not what you're expecting.

Yoshi will fuck up your ride.

VHS promo tape for Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. Spotted on BFeld13's Blog.

Dude, Hamza, do you seriously have to recap the entire episode of Legend of Neil in the first paragraph? Not cool. :(

Also, that last video, the Combine interview, is a parody of Tom Cruise's recent leaked Scientology/recruitment video, in case anyone missed that.

HAHAHA Daikatana. I wonder how much of the game's budget was spent on that video. No one talking about the game sounded like they even knew what they were talking about. Damn funny.

Holy shit, PAX footage never ceases to amaze. PENNY singing STILL ALIVE? Is that a damn joke?
And here I thought my shame at not attending this year could reach no deeper.

@ DanlHaas: Hence the title of the blog post I made about the video.

Should've known not to trust Romero, he uses Arrow Keys and the mouse in his left hand! 8-|

The random boob pan - the cameraman will SAY that he zoomed in on her face, then wanted to get a shot of her hand movements as she was talking about scale... you KNOW he actually visualized scale in a different way :p
Found her Playboy pics quite quickly: They made her look such a tramp, she looks cute in that video!

And why is Miyamoto dressed as a Monk in that Zelda vid?!

A pan is a horizontal movement. That was a tilt. And he was totally checking out her tits.

In the cameraman's defense, her boobs are totally worth the tilt.

God, that Toys R Us video brought back the nostalgia. I remember sitting down with a friend with that gold cartridge and booting up Majoras Mask. That game was downright nightmare fuel for me as a kid, especially with the mask transformations.

The Legend of Neil was kind of funny. I guess.

Video two: Parrots are the future of war.

Video four: I wonder if Yoshi get an ASBO for that...

Video seven: I like the way the word 'unleashed' is linked with 'Daikatana' at the end...

I'm pretty sure Stevie Case didn't mind the pan down to her breasts, since she posed for Playboy a couple of years later. (Also, "pan" can be used for vertical or horizontal camera movement.)
