Jordan and I positively adore Spelunky, and it's a love shared by quite a few of us at Destructoid, having named it the best console exclusive of 2012. But it's exclusive no more, and the PC release brings with it the tantalizing promise of competitive spirit through daily challenge stages.
Rather than actually get very skilled at the game and compete on the leaderboards, we have chosen to cripple our already limited abilities by adding the pressure of recording every adventure we take into the ruins and sharing them with you in a new series, The Daily Spelunk.
We're planning a whole mess of segments and gags and other stuff as we develop the show. For now, however, please enjoy this incredibly embarrassing display of poor gaming prowess.
Get more destructoid: We're indie-run, blogging for the love of it, and our site will always be free. Optionally, you can support us and get: (1) Faster pages from our cloud server (3) Wide(r)screen (3) No big ads on Dtoid, Japanator, Tomopop, or Flixist (4) Auto contest entries, and (5) Dibs on betas & downloads.
