Here’s a question. What happens when you pluck Army of Two’s Salem and Rios from their gritty, ultra-violent world and plop them into an Electronic Arts office setting? EA answers that brain-tickler splendidly in the teaser trailer below the fold.
Hit the break to watch the energetic duo drink coffee, mingle with EA staff, tinkle, and yes, and even take off their pants. We’re guessing the point of the video -- aside from being hilarious -- is to illustrate how CG versions of the two killers stack up in comparison with real people. Point well taken. These dudes are looking sharp.
That was smooth the way they ended up "instructing" those ladies at the end. I love how they were all gearing up in the beginning, and then they walk out into the usual office area.

I loved THE FUCK out of Army of Two. I still don't know whether 40th day is a full-priced retail title or a expansion/XBLA/DLC release. Not because it will decide whether I buy it or not, but I just need to know how much this is gonna cost me on my day 1 purchase.
Oh and yes, I played the entire game with my roommate, which could have an influence on the quality of the game as opposed to using the bad A.I. that most people claimed made this game so bad. Hell, Ao2 was recently an Amazon deal of the day so my roommate got his own copy and we've been playing through it and it still holds up in the "fun" department.
Loved the blinged-out guns, the over-the-top action, the bromance not so much, but overall it was a "good" game. Here's hoping that we get all of what made Ao2 good plus a whole lot more.

If they want people to buy a special edition they shouldn't put in a wearable mask (thought that'd be tight, especially if they had a different version for Salem's mask and Rios's mask) but make the game actually special, with an exclusive version that puts all of the hilarious bullshit back into the game. That's what fans of the first game really want and they should show us some fucking love. I'd pre-order two copies in an instant!

The vid was great. I liked the first one so much I have bought 3 copies so far, one for myself and my girl to play and 1 for a friend and 1 for my nephew.
If you are looking for the Citizen Kane of videogames in this title or its predecessor, you are just wrong/dumb. The first one was crazy mindless fun and in a medium that started as a way to have FUN(*gasp!*), it certainly delivered on that. You mean to tell me you don't like the idea of your AK47 in a GOLD and PLATINUM paint-job with a barrel extension, larger butt-stock, a 100-bullet DRUM-clip, a tactical shield attachment [b]AND[/] a front-mounted Grenade Launcher/Shotgun? There's something inherently wrong with you, my friend.
I'm a sucker for three things in games: co-op gameplay, weapon customization, and deep character customization.
Army of Two had two of those things. It was solidly built and I enjoyed my time with it. Can't wait to get my hands on this one. The sense of humor was a nice change of pace from uber serious military shooters, as well.
