Because life wasn't depressing enough already, today will mark the final episode of The Destructoid Show. It's the end of an era, folks.

So, rather than discussing boring old video game news, Max and I will be going out with a bang. This afternoon, we'll be hosting a live, hour-long blowout with tons of prizes, special appearances from your favorite Destructoid editors, and a look back at some of our most memorable Destructoid Show moments.

If you're free and would like in on this bittersweet cavalcade of self-indulgence, then please join us at youtube.com/DTOID at 3:30pm PDT. We've got over a hundred codes to give away during the course of the show, so hop in the chat and maybe you can win something from us before we all disappear into obscurity forever!

Sharknado's: The Video Game's press release is a natural disaster

Sometimes, when I check my email, I find wonderful things like messages from friends and family, beta invites, or announcements that something I ordered has shipped. Sometimes, I find a pile of press releases. Sometimes they'...more
