*Probably true.
:(
I HATE that Gold is required to stream video content... stupid Microsoft!
I'm looking forward to Sony and Nintendo more than anything, but I'll still probably watch the MS presentation.
no way, some of them are seemingly grosser and "tendrilier," but read the story for the thing and then stare deeply into those eyes for a while. it's like you can feel his icy hands slowly creeping up your collar bone to situate themselves around your neck.
You're joking right? None of the "big 3" have had very good E3 showings at all in the recent years.
Bombed the last few e3 so I couldn't care less.
Multiplats, something timed exclusives or some other useless crap, and kinect zzzzzzzzzzzzz.
Let me guess, start off with a 3rd Party Game, more 3rd Party Games, information we already know about whatever few 1st Party Games they have left, and the rest is Kinect.
Rinse & repeat.
Do casuals even know E3 exist? I don't think they do, so why does it showcase Kinect so much when nobody in the audience cares that much? Oh right, because they lack 1st party games.
And at the same time made me appreciate horror stories so much.
I imagine the Microsoft conference will involve a lot of catalogue models flailing at a Kinect and maybe that arsehole who always wears velvet shirts and wears sunglasses indoors.
Uhhh... Your point? So what if your "PS3 friends" watch Spike TV?
As for E3 showings for the past few years, that's all based on preferences and opinions. No one actually "won".
Goosebumps is a tame childrens series while ScaryStories are the definition of pure mindfcuk.
Really, really.
I know I'm not...
Goosebumps was a kind of scary book for children.
Scary Stories was a book made by former serial killers, that somehow ended up in every elementary school library.
Aye, I have weirdly fond memories of this when I was maybe 7 or 8. If this is the right story collection my favorite is probably Wedingo, or Wembdingo (whatever the hell it's called).
Joking aside, E3 hasn't been good in years. It's a hollow imitation of its former self, desperately looking for a way to stay relevant in the midst of PAX and TGS.
as for MS showing i hope we'll get:
Halo 4 demo,
Forza Horizon demo,
Ryse and proper Fable: The Journey demo,
Deadlight, Codename: Class 3/4 presentations,
Steel Battalion Heavy: Armor demo,
Dance Central sequel,
another Disney-Pixar title from Frontier/Asobo,
another bucketload of XBLA exclusive titles just as usual,
new core Kinect games,
and announcements from studios they've just created - after all Microsoft in the past year created or bought 10 different studios that will handle game development, that work on unannounced projects. add to that studios they've signed as 2nd party developers in the past few months and it seems they will have quite an impressive showing at E3.
