Since we, as far as I know, did not get around to seeing Huxley: The Dystopia at E3, I figured what the heck, I'll post about the new screenshots and opening cinematic for the MMOFPS. I have been assured by ijji that this stuff is new, even though I can't help but feel like it's been shown before.
Although it probably doesn't need to be said, the opening for Huxley is absolutely ridiculous, and does not at all represent actual gameplay. Then again, isn't that the whole point? It's located after the jump, if you are in the mood for eye candy.
In our last article on Huxley, the one about it going free-to-play, I dropped a link to the game's beta. At the time, I didn't know you had to be a paid FilePlanet subscriber to access it, otherwise I would have mentioned that fact. So, for those of you who were let down upon figuring it out, I apologize. Still friends?
Jordan Devore is Destructoid's PC gaming manager and founding ginger editor. He is said to be easy to love but difficult to know. When Samit inquired about his curious bio photo Jordan simply replied: "bitches love sandcastles" ... yet, there is no sandcastle in that photo. We may never truly understand his ways.

Luckily my associate was able to stop by their hidden booth behind Bethesda and check it out, and get an interview with the Project Manager. From what I read, it seems like a very interesting game, and well worth the 5 year wait. I won't plug the interview for obvious reasons, but if you're interested, PM me on the forums :-D
I'm also in the beta and my good does it crash. The single player is fun but multilayer is a dumbed down UT3. Which is a bad thing since you have to play Vs to get medals to buy armors......
@Ron - Try hitting scan on the screen where it tells you the game is full patched. It downloaded about 7 more files for me, then poof, instantly started working.
The game has some serious issues but its nothing new. I also deleted it after my friends couldn't even get past the loading screens. MMO's are not very fun with no friends.
Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!

Removed it after 3 hours of play
Nothing special about it in anyway
Not that it's worth it, but still.
The concept of an FPS MMO with vehicchels and stuff sounded great.
