I thought we were done with the new characters in Warriors Orochi 2: Rebirth of the Demon Lord, but it turns out I was wrong. This happy little chap is Shin Orochi, and judging by the name, he appears to be a more evolved, "true" form of the demon Orochi.
There aren't a huge amount of details thus far, but it seems like Shin Orochi plays a lot like his original version with a few updated charge attacks, and that he will be an unlockable playable character. For now, check out the scant images I've managed to find on Koei Warriors (spoiler warnbing -- two are from an ending CG), and hit the jump for a video that shows a glimpse of him.

Still, I loved Orochi, Zhang Lio, Ginchiyo and the girl with the fork where my team and they where unstoppable, I look forward to doing the same again

Shin Da Ji would be awesome. The new Orochi looks badass though. I'm pretty excited about the new characters, myself. And thank god they fixed the multiplayer! I will likely wait for the inevitable 360 release, though.
