I did not try to get all the treasures in Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception. I just happened to stumble across several of them, and that's only because they were glowing and sparkling. I was too into seeing what would happen next to worry about some item quest.
But, if you're a completist, I get it. Even if you aren't, this is a good excuse to jump into the game again.
If you want the easy way out, this video from YouTube channel Gamexplain will show you the way to all 100 (actually, 101) treasures. It's a video walkthrough, but they speed things up to have the whole guide fit in an 18-minute video. Watching this, I'm surprised how few I missed. There are some tricky bastards in the mix, though.
Warning: This guide uses actual game footage, so there are spoilers throughout.
Have any of you found all the treasures? Will you cheat to do so?

I finished my first playthrough of the game with 80 treasures, i've just started a second run through and i've got up to 82. I'm not going to use a cheat sheet unless I have to, i'll see if I can get them all by the end of my second playthrough.
I usually use Achievement Hunter for most of this stuff. I think Jack & Geoff said they'd be doing some Uncharted 3 vids but this is a good solution too.
Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
I take it that's a spoiler, thanks.

I JUST finished UC3. As in, the credits are rolling as I speak. I think I got like 30 some treasures. Item collecting isn't my bag.
God damn this game's awesome!

i have it, and let me tell you it's one of the best guides ever :P
don't doubt Piggyback Interactive as well as Future Press(they did Deus Ex HR, Dark Souls, and Bayonetta to name a few) :P
probably the only companies left on making high quality guides in video game history.
Prima Games are now shit, and Bradygames are ok :P
