The Volition crew are baiting people back into Red Faction: Guerillia’s multi component. And the treat at the end of the stick is a meal.
Earlier last afternoon, Volition announced the launch of the “Get Your Ass Back to Mars” event, a five-day quintuple XP frag and hammer fest that kicks off at some point this December 17th. No mode is off limits and participants should expect to be thumped by an Ostrich mallet unlock within hours -- quintuple XP makes that 120,00 XP goal feasible, which is totally fine by us.
Don’t have all the DLC? Good news: Volition is also planning to give download codes throughout the week through their official Twitter account. This is a first come, fast keypad entry thing, so be prepared.
Looks like we have swingin’ to do tonight.
