Japanese person, going by the username "A to B" made that video. They've done a set of videos, but from what I remember, this one is their best.
Very awesome indeed. In my own little fantasy world I'd still prefer a more mature look if they ever did a GOOD FFVI remake (since I think the storyline deserves a less cutesy look), but that's not to say these guys haven't done an excellent job in their own right.

well god damn it. all that did is make me want to watch FMA and play FFVI again, but i've got too much other shit to watch/play. DAMN THEM!
Argh. I just began FFVI, so I can't appreciate all the characters. And of course, I really want to because seeing even Locke and Terra in there just made me really want to watch FMA.
