Knowing that the majority of this site's viewers are heterosexual males that love 'hot ladies', to use the vernacular, the audience is 'set up' by having someone who appears to be such a person performing in a titillating manner. The punch line is that, at the last moment, this performer is swapped for what the intended audience was least expecting to see.
This type of joke is actually quite common on the internet. I am confident that, as you grow up into an adult from the young child you currently are, you will come across this type of humor quite often and will soon be able to predict the 'punch line' at the start of the joke, just as the rest of this site's viewers did.

Same here, totally thought it was Hamza, then I said "Hamza's got a great ass" then I was thinking what they had to do to convince Hamza to do this, then I saw the boobs, and was convinced that Hamza got a boob job.
