Hello Ottawa! Just around my anniversary with my girlfriend! She doesn't like video games so fingers crossed!
I went to this a few years ago in Dublin and as cool as it was, I really think the big screen showing footage from games cheapens the whole thing. Especially with the Squaresoft stuff where they're clearly not allowed to show footage and just put up a powerpoint of Final Fantasy cosplayers. It should be about the music imo, not the games.
is that a big surprise? it was there last year in montréal i think. or maybe a few years ago. im sure i saw a poster somewhere anyway. 40 bucks is too much for me to justify it but i guess it's nice

Anyway. At least now I won't be tempted to give my money to Tommy Tallarico. God, just thinking about how obnoxious he used to be when he hosted those game shows with Victor Lucas. Ugh.

I might have actually considered that VIP nonsense if it was Victor Lucas or similar doing the tour, instead of Tallarico. I don't like that guy.
I went to the show in Madison in October and was really underwhelmed. No Pokemon tunes and they didn't do "Snake Eater" either. Wouldn't jump to go again.
