Sure, Darth Vader has been a playable character in games prior to Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. Let's not forget that PS3 owners will have the chance to control him even before The Force Unleashed is released, by picking up Soul Calibur IV this Summer.

But, when was the last time you got to massacre Wookiees with the Sith Lord himself by using his plethora of Force powers? Though it may only be for the first level of the game, you'll be able to do just that come this September.

Every new screen, trailer, and bit of info surrounding The Force Unleashed has me salivating over the game. I'm already sold on the concept, so please, LucasArts, keep the content coming!

I HATE WOOKIES SO MUCH! For anyone who want's to know why, trying playing Kotor and listening to a Wookie for more then 20 seconds. GAHHH CHOKE THEM ALL!

I don't like how they created some Jedi Assassin to take out the remaining Jedi. From what I remember Vader does it on his own with his troopers and bounty hunters, etc. Regardless I will give it a look

Reminds me of MGS2... play as a badass for the first level, and spend the rest of the game running around as a gimp from a loreal for men billboard.

I have to say, Vader looks GOOD.

His cape blowing in the air, his hands taut with power as he chokes the wookies...

I always thought Vader looked like a fucking goober in games like Battlefront II and Episode III. But they nailed him for Unleashed.

I'll definately get this when I get my PS3.

Somehow, this game had been flying under my radar, but these last few updates = holy shit I'ma get this game, maybe even for the Wii and the 360 both holy shit.

I actually didn't know this (I try and stay away from IGN as much as possible), but it really doesn't increase my want to play the game. I want to play it, but playing as Vader to me seems kind of meh.
