Some gamers are unable to redeem their voucher for the PlayStation Vita Mega Pack, a ten-game compilation released in Europe that was bundled with an 8GB memory card, reports CVG. It seems that the redemption process is always met with error code NP-2244-2.

The problem is made even more annoying knowing that the Mega Pack is also included with Wi-Fi Vita systems in a separate bundle. How terrible would it be to get the handheld and not be able to play? And the list of games includes LittleBigPlanet Vita and WipeOut 2048 -- ouch!

Sony hasn't yet addressed these issues, though it sounds as if the company is aware of the situation. We'll let you know when progress has been made.
