what i'm saying is that the best of the best of the retail games are waaay bigger than the best of the best of the online games. DLC games have their shit equivalents that are worthless (imo high velocity bowling and stuff of that sort that you simply don't need a videogame for). of course the same exists at retail, but do you actually buy that? as a hardcore gamer (anybody who actively follows comments on a videogame blog has got to be at least partially hardcore), would you ever spend money on any of the crap games made by EA, Activision, or whatever other publishers/developers it might be that are there simply to sell a ton of money? i would assume that you (much like myself) carefully read reviews and previews and watch videos and whatnot before actually buying a game. therefore the fact that other shit games exist is besides the point, since you and i and hopefully everybody else here wouldn't ever touch them...
