According to Albert Penello, marketing director for Xbox, UNO, a card game deemed “the devil’s work” by my loving grandmother, is the first XBLA game to go platinum. Most people will cry foul, thinking a more “deserving” game should have achieved this milestone, but I have to defend the addictive little distraction. I love me some UNO, I’m not ashamed. So what if I like dropping a hardcore “Rev” (that’s what us street UNO players call a reverse card) on some unsuspecting player? What are you going to do about it? Don’t hate. Yeah, that’s right, I’m gangster. UNO gangster. Draw four, b*tches. [via CVG]

not surprised, it was given away with the vision camera and promoted well. I smell another special edition card set for UNO, and no damn PDZ cards this time!
Nice. The best part about Uno is meeting all the weird ass people that play it. In my very first Uno match, the first three people I played with all had Vision cams and were smoking pot, and two of them left after a while and were replaced by two more pot smokers. Good times...
one of my favorite xbox live games
It was a great bonus with the Vision camera.
I LOVE the Uno internet gangstas who play. "Draw fo' mo'fucka!!" Also, since the camera, I have seen one pair of tits and two pair of balls. Not the draw two I had in mind.
Broham, at the same time or on seperate occasions?
"Uno Motherfucker..do you play it?"
i swear this one dude was playing from a crack house, had like 8 homies sitting around the tv stadium style with all sorts of traffic in the background. the house was run down bad too.everyone just kept hollering, lol.
Uno is straight up gangsta!
@Soul: One game had a dude who asked a girl to flash and if she did, he would show his balls. She showed her tits which were fried egg titties. As Rick James/Dave Chapelle would say "The milks gone bad....ha haaaa ha!!!" Other time, dude just flashed the camera. He had about an uno inch.
Not surprising - Uno is only the best card game in the history of the world. I find it to be a nice, relaxing end to a long gaming session. I try to get in a game or two every night.
I would love to see a Hot Death Uno theme deck. Doubt it'll ever happen though.
