Unepic is coming to Wii U

PC game Unepic is making its way to Wii U. If you haven't heard of it yet, this 2D platformer has some RPG elements, lots of rooms to explore, big bosses, pets, potions, achievements and hidden treasures. Metroidvania is always good, right?

We're still in the dark on a release date, but we're sure it's coming soon. This trailer and new screenshots should hold you over until then.

Of all of the games to get a PS4 remake, you'd probably never put Putty Squad, an SNES game from 1994, at the top of the list. But here we are in 2014 with a full-on re-imagining, with more or less the same platforming mechanics that still work nearly 20 years later.
