UK Charts: LittleBigPlanet 2 is bigger than little photo

It appears that LittleBigPlanet 2 is enjoying a very nice launch, debuting this week at number one. The original LittleBigPlanet did not manage to achieve this, if memory serves, so that's a nice little victory for a nice little game!

Sackboy and his dead-eyed chums have shunted Call of Duty: Black Ops into second place. Meanwhile, Mass Effect 2 has seen a resurgence of sales, re-entering the chart in seventh position. That's about the only thing of note, as the rest of the chart is your usual crap.

Still, you can check out the games below!

  1. LittleBigPlanet 2
  2. Call of Duty: Black Ops
  3. Just Dance 2
  4. FIFA 11
  5. Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood
  6. Wii Fit Plus
  7. Mass Effect 2
  8. Kinect Sports
  9. Gran Turismo 5
  10. Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit
  11. Just Dance
  12. The Sims 3
  13. Dance Central
  14. Fallout: New Vegas
  15. Art Academy
  16. Wii Party
  17. RDR: Undead Nightmare
  18. Wii Sports Resort
  19. Football Manager
  20. WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2011

Ni no Kuni is #1 in the UK, sold out in many shops

I guess a lot of grown-up "mature" gamers, who complained that Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch was too "kiddy," were blowing smoke out their asses and bought the Level-5 RPG anyway. According to GfK Chart-Track's UK Top ...more
