Hamza randomly sent this video to me -- while on vacation, no less. Having him be the fetcher of news made this already great trailer that much better, since its vibe sort of meshes with his out-of-control Internet persona.
But, I'm getting ahead of myself here. The footage is of No Time To Explain from tinyBuildGAMES. Count this as yet another flash project that has since grown into something much more substantial than originally planned. Does it look crazy or what?
Terrific premise, and definitely relevant to my interests without treading over oft-covered ground.
Jordan Devore is Destructoid's PC gaming manager and founding ginger editor. He is said to be easy to love but difficult to know. When Samit inquired about his curious bio photo Jordan simply replied: "bitches love sandcastles" ... yet, there is no sandcastle in that photo. We may never truly understand his ways.

Meet the rest of the team
played the original, unless they improved the controls (where were ass, and the only thing wrong with the original) then I'll probably pass having a sucky control scheme is a bad thing to put by. Look at Super Meat boy. The game itself wasn't that original, but give it the best controls ever and BAM instant gold.
The developer has confirmed that the controls ARE annoying in the original flash game, and that the new version has working-on-the-controls-until-they-feel-great as one of its top priorities.
I find it surprising though, that of all the platforms, they choose PC/Mac to start. Why not iOS where sales are all but guaranteed and would be big enough to pay for any future development? Or XBLA/PSN where they know that almost everyone who plays it will have actually paid for it.
Anyway, the game looks sweet. Not as sweet as Castle Crashers, but still pretty cool.
Wow. I played and enjoyed this one too but out of all the flash games I've played I really didn't expect THIS to get a full-length version. Oh well, looks like the gameplay is solid and I'm a fan of giant enemy crabs.
Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
