$100 is way too much for the hardcover. Will be getting the softcover edition. Glad to see this is happening as the Vs games have always had some stellar art. Can't wait to see some Punisher cabinet art in there too. Good time for art books with Ausra's Wrath being released and the Bayonetta book coming out in a few months.

Man that's rough, I really like Seth, altho he made a bitch of a boss.
Looks like he's smart enough to sense a sinking ship when he see's it tho, and is getting on a life raft to reach mainland. Hope for the best for that guy and hope he continues to help make games.

Stumbled upon this last night while searching for obscure Bengus art, HELL YES!
All I can say is that the art of the first 2 games is some of his best, and Shinkiro's work is by far the best part of MvC3 getting made!
Now to save up for that hardcover! Udon books seem to fall apart often enough, my copy of Darkstalkers Graphic File is held together by the string!!

I saw the title and thought, "Ew."
UDON charges outrageous prices for their overall mediocre books, containing images that you can find online for free.
As a Marvel fan, I feel their "professional team of artists" does absolute disservice to the Marvel franchises, properties, and characters. The disappointing truth is people will still purchase the book because "dohoho-Capcom!" or "lol curly mustache!" I find the knowledge sickening.

actually this artbook collects art up to Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 :P
unless capcom releases another "Ultimate" Version i doubt they'll make another one. plus this is Udon.
i don't recall them making alternate versions, just reprint ones.

Wow, people sure don't seem able to appreciate outstanding art these days! I guess it's just easier to complain than to develop good taste or a meaningful opinion. Humanity can be so embarrassing.
