But that doesn't really have anything to do with this legitimate issue of how corporations (in all industries) have become more and more warped towards profit mongering.
The used to be a time where companies would try and cut costs to attempt to provide the best service at the lowest price so that they could beat their competitors. Now it is about a game between international conglomerates to see who can successfully get their customers to pay the most for the least content.
It doesn't really have less features. Ghost mode replaces multiplayer and they added Relics to find. It evens out.
Cave Story was free on the PC, $12 on WiiWare, $10 on DSware, Cave Story+ is $10 on Steam, and Cave Story 3D is $40 on 3DS.
There, fixed that.
Theres a reason that I keep saying Ubisoft hates the industry and its customers. Looks like we've stumbled on another thing to prove it.
Also, that said, I know theres a lot of love for the Rayman Origins on the site (and thats fine, I like some Ubisoft games inspite of despising the company) but this article doesn't even call attention to the fact that the console/other versions of the game are half the price of the Vita version when it comes out, and the Vita version doesn't even bother to include basic multiplayer.
Seriously, $40 for a game thats a fuller experience right now at $20. Game maybe great, but considering the steep price drop and how "under appreciated" some of you folks here say it is, Ubisoft has a big pair of plumbs thinking they could sell it for any more then $25, like this.
"The publisher has never been afraid to fill a system with ports and retreads.."
Yet bitches because theres not a new console cycle to make "new" games on...
Damn it. I know people hate Activision, or EA, but these guys are my white whale..

Also FACT: Vita has two touch screens.
FACT: ???
PROFIT!
I demand price injustices get pointed out each and every time they happen, until Vita is $149. Then we can shut-up about paying $40 for games.
Fucking fail, I'd rather have Gameloft not develop at all than to come out with this trash. To think I'm always supporting them when gamers talk trash on their mobile rip-offs.
