Twitter Party time: Uncharted 2 Fortune Hunter edition! photo

Ridiculously rare game related items for free? Why yes, this is Destructoid, where we give away things like that on a regular basis. Welcome and thanks for staying. Today, we're going to have a Twitter party (here's how they work if you're new to all this). 

The prize for the winner is the extremely limited Fortune Hunter edition of Uncharted 2, which includes the game, exact in-game replica of the Phurba Dagger Artifact and stand, Collectible Art Book and Collector case autographed by Naughty Dog, plus a host of downloads. If you want an idea what this baby is worth, go look at this eBay listing of one going for over $3000. Yeah, you read that right. We have three t shirts for the runners up, to, so you have four chances to win something free!

To get a chance to win this delicious swag, follow @jim_sterling and @dtoid on Twitter to follow the party. If you want to be in with a chance at win this ultra rare prize, simply get on Twitter and get involved with the discussion while using the #Uncharted2Cinema hashtag. This all gets started at 3 PM CST and goes until 5 PM, so make sure to join in and we'll announce our winners shortly afterwards. The contest is open to US residents only. Good luck, everyone!

I know i'm not the only one who says this, but could you just get off of twitters nuts? Its a waste of time, its pointless, and in all probability, the prize will go to some random person who doesn't even frequent destructoid.

Have the contests here.

I've tried this twitter party, and its nothing but a clusterfuck of spam. Poor show d-toid. Poor show.
