The first thing I checked out at PAX this year was Twisted Pixel's Lococycle, which was just revealed (in terms of gameplay, at least) a few days beforehand. At a glance, the game is pretty ridiculous, and upon closer inspection, it's actually even more ridiculous. Well, you know. It's about on par with a man made of explosions or a motion-controlled Mexican skeleton puppet cowboy. Hamza also wrote up some impressions of it right here.
