Twilight Princess Limited Edition guide is the quicker picker upper photo

Walk into a local game shop and pick up a copy of the Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess official stategy guide, you cheater. Go on, I'll wait. The official word on that one is that it's back ordered, sucka. You'll never figure out what to do with that damned cat.

The good news: along with the release of the GameCube version of Twilight Princess will come even more strategy guides. Now you have the opportunity to pay another $29.99 for one in the form of Prima's Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess Limited Edition Official Strategy Guide!

Hardcover. Gold foil stamped, no less. What more could you want? A cloth map of the overworld, that's what! Useful not only for finding your way around, but in the event you spill your Mountain Dew all over the place while engaged in remote flailing combat, it's super absorbant.

The book will be available on December 12th through Prima's official site, as well as other outlets like Amazon. This is sure to be a hit with Zelda nerds and cloth map afficionados alike, so don't hesitate to pre-order.

What ARE we supposed to do with that cat? You can't talk to him in human form and you can't get into the bar in wolf form...

Are you talking about when the car from the bar sneaks you into the castle or what not? If so then you just try to get in with the wolf and they kick you out and as you walk away the cat talks to you...unless you are talking about a completely different part.

There are a lot of fricking cats in this game!

With all the free game faq sites now its surprising that this company is still in business. I guess they are taking the collectors item route instead of just a strategy guide route. I guess collectables goes a long way ($30). Imagine if every company capitolizes on our fave games how much a single game purchase would cost each time. Like Zelda Orcarina with Orcarina, Metal guear with dogtags and bandana, Final Fantasy with music cd and transformers with destructoid helmet lolz. I know they did it before on some occasions but imagine nearly every established franchise every release. Could change the gaming business all together where the games are just a door to sell these products like toy companies. It be funny if every game came with something and cost like $100 bucks and I think most wouldnt complain. I know I'd be a sucker for some of these things.

LEFTEE....

there is a company or what not that does sell Ocarinas and Ocarina of Time type accessories. Different sizes and song books to play your favorites songs too!

I would be almost tempted with this so when I beat it the first time thru and want to play again, I could this time find EVERYTHING if I don't before I finish this time thru. The cloth map is a definite bonus that intrigues me!

Yeah I saw that a while back and was tempted to order that myself, but knowing myself i would probably end up not using it much after a while, and the quality seems nice but somehow its not the same if its not made but the actual company lol. I dunno, something about collectable that loses some charm if its not released with the company endorsed feeling and not some fan based thing. Im more into the thought of I wonder how people will react to all games coming bundled with something as like a tie in as seeing how people complained about the $70 to $100 rumor for games. I say it might not be a bad business model and wondering if that can ever happen.

That's a pretty snazzy strategy guide.

SPOILERS: To get out of the Lost Woods go North, West, South, West.

Ooooooo...gold and shiny... yea that will get me to buy it. Regardless, never used a guide for OoT and certainly haven't needed one for TP thus far. I guess if you want to collect everything then it might be worth it or you could just go to gamefaqs, but what's the point of completing everything in a game if someone is holding you hand the whole way.

And a cloth map... what is paper no good anymore?

I could have used a Bowling Cloth when I flung my coffee across the room and all over my carpeting. What?! There's no Prima Wii Sports Guide?! What a travesty.
