I actually really like Gaikai. My computer's CPU and GPU are utter garbage, but I've got a 30 mbps connection. I've been able to play games that I'd never be able to run normally.
Just tried a couple of demos and it seems to work very well for me (Europe, fiber internet). Input lag seems very low, apart from a small hiccup every now and then. Though I don't see myself using this very often, as it doesn't give me any insight of whether my PC is actually capable of running the full game.
Nice service, although you need a really good connection. Several times I got the "low bandwidth"-error.
lol Also unlike OnLive you cant play full games.

A) OnLive is a program, like Origin, that data-mines your PC.
B) If you buy anything, OnLive requires you to store a credit card, and you have to call them to get it off.
It needs a Wallet option.

Unlike OnLive, you don't need any intrusive software or a registered account to do anything -- you just click the game, and provided that you have Java installed, it just works. So if you haven't already, go run that Mass Effect 3 demo, even if you have a lower end machine. Oh yea, and there's a ton of other games on there too (most notably the amazing Rayman Origins and overlooked Orcs Must Die)! google android
Gaikai, a PC game streaming service similar to OnLive, has just launched a Mass Effect 3 demo for your perusal. If you haven't tried Gaikai yet, it's basically an online cloud based demo service that allows you to buy the game through various means after the demonstration.
