Trine 2 expansion gets a teaser trailer, first details
Though a price, release date, and name for the upcoming Trine 2 expansion aren't being talked about yet, Frozenbyte does offer a short teaser trailer for your viewing pleasure. With so many of these things resorting to quick cuts and all-around hectic pacing, I appreciate the soothing nature of this video. Why not call it downloadable content, instead of an expansion? According to the studio, it's a "proper" six-level campaign that includes new enemies and skills. Interestingly, these skills will be usable in the core game as well. They're also throwing in "small updates" and a new difficulty mode for good measure. Did you know? You can now get daily or weekly email notifications when humans reply to your comments.
Legacy Comments (will be imported soon)Wow. I'm impressed. Now I need to finish the main campaign. Been addicted to Killzone mp and Shoot many Robots ... Mmmmmmm must shoot more.... Looks great. Trine 2 was awesome, (despite *some* peoples' opinions) and it's great to see a developer making DLC that's actually worth paying for these days. I didn't see the word expansion in the headline and suddenly I started doubting myself. Perhaps I'd travelled through time or I was suffering from a form dementia. Thanks for clearing up my problem Reading! Still one of the most beautiful franchises in the business. Take that, developers of realistic yet uninspiring triple-A titles.
