Level-5 filed a trademark for Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch in here in the US, which sounds a lot like the Japanese name for the beautiful PS3 game. We've heard that there's a matching European trademark, too. That's far from confirmation of a US release, but I feel good about it. It's too good of a thing to pass on in any territory.
Speaking of passing on games, Siliconera says that the trademark applies to the PS3 game, and not the DS title we've all been wanting. Balls.
