Torchlight update 1.15 ushers in new challenges, fixes photo

Runic Games has given us more to do in the latest update to Torchlight. According to the Steam feed, the click-happy monster basher is now on version 1.15, which adds a ton of content fixes as well as several challenge rooms and challenges.

What about those new challenges I'm pretending you asked me about? Glad you didn't ask. The update notes state that the challenges are available in Tomb of the Awakened, Estherian Ruins, Dwarven Fortress, Molten Prison and the Black Palace. This is in addition to the five challenge room maps that are now "obtainable as rewards for completing various quests from Vasman …"

The fixes list, which ranges from Golem Fire Breath damage to spelling tweaks, is available via the Steam page.

I'm excitited but I have to finish all the custom maps I've downloaded and pull myself away from star trek online. Hurry up Runic and give us more details on the MMO you're making.

Awesome. I've been meaning to go back and "finish" this one. Great game to pop back into occasionally in between other stuff.

I feel the same way. I really enjoyed Torchlight but I never actually finished it for some reason. It got lost in the wave of bigger holiday releases and now Mass Effect 2.

I also enjoy torchlight occasionally. the main reason is that once i start playing i can't stop until I fall asleep off the chair.

Brad, you should be mad, not glad. Why, you ask? Because I *did* ask. Now give me back my promised ASCII art cookie.

As soon as they start charging for online gaming, I'm done. I'll be finding a new home for my PS3, and I'll be using that money to upgrade my computer.
Best regards, Anna, CEO of metasan iscsi and itune
